Clinical expertise. Personal understanding. A different kind of care.

I know what it feels like to be dismissed.

I was diagnosed with PCOS at 17. What followed was not a plan. It was a prescription, a pamphlet, and a door closing behind me. No one explained what PCOS meant for my hormones, my metabolism, my long-term health, or why my body had been sending signals I did not yet have the language to name. I was left to figure it out on my own — which is exactly what I did, for years, in the same way most women do. Trial and error. Conflicting information. Interventions that worked partially and then stopped. The quiet exhaustion of managing something no one was willing to take seriously.

What made it more complicated — and ultimately more clarifying — is that I became a clinician. I learned the system from the inside. I developed the diagnostic instincts that come from working in a Level 1 trauma center, where pattern recognition is not a preference, it is a survival skill. And even with all of that — the credentials, the clinical training, the ability to read my own labs — I still encountered the same wall that my patients describe. Normal range. Come back if it gets worse.

That is when I stopped waiting for someone else to build what I was looking for.

Clinically trained. Board certified. Built for this.

I hold a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University — completed with Dean's List distinction — and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from American Sentinel University, where I was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International, the Honor Society of Nursing. I am board certified as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and bring more than 15 years of nursing and advanced practice experience to every patient I see.

My clinical training includes advanced practice in high-acuity acute care environments alongside ongoing specialized education in hormone optimization including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, root-cause medicine, metabolic health, and functional approaches to women's wellness. I continue to expand my clinical knowledge specifically in the areas most relevant to the women I serve — because the science of hormones, metabolism, and gut health is evolving and my patients deserve a practitioner who is evolving with it.

This is not a generalist practice. It is a specialized clinical environment built by someone who trained at the highest level and then chose to focus her expertise exactly where women have historically been most underserved.

I built it because I knew what was missing. And I built it for you.

I don’t chase symptoms. I look for patterns.

There is a space between healthy and sick that conventional medicine is not always equipped to navigate. A space where your labs come back within range, your appointment ends without a diagnosis, and you leave with the quiet certainty that something is still wrong. Most of the women I work with have been living in that space for months or years — sometimes a decade.

The clinical approach at Energē Health is built specifically for that space.

I use comprehensive lab panels that go beyond standard screening — evaluating free T3 alongside TSH, fasting insulin alongside glucose, hormone ratios alongside individual values — because patterns tell a different story than individual numbers. I pair that with a detailed intake that captures your full history, your symptom picture, and the ways your body has been communicating something that previous appointments failed to hear.

Then I look at how your systems interact. Your hormones influence your metabolism. Your metabolism drives inflammation. Your inflammation affects your gut. Your gut modulates your hormone clearance. None of these systems operate in isolation — and treating them as if they do is why so many women cycle through interventions that work partially and then stop.

The goal is never to manage how you feel. It is to understand why you feel that way — and build a clinical plan that actually changes it.

A structured path forward: Reset → Optimize → Maintain

Every patient moves through the same core framework — not because care is one-size-fits-all, but because sustainable results follow a logical sequence. Your protocol is entirely personalized. The structure it follows is not.

Reset

We start by identifying what is actually driving your symptoms. Comprehensive intake, targeted lab work, and clinical pattern recognition give us a complete picture of where your body is and what it needs. You leave this phase knowing more about your own biology than most people learn in a lifetime of annual physicals.

Optimize

With a clear clinical picture in place we build your protocol — nutrition strategy, supplement recommendations, lifestyle modifications, and prescription support when appropriate. This phase is active and iterative. As your body responds, your protocol adjusts. Nothing is set and forgotten.

Maintain

Results are only meaningful if they last. The Maintain phase is about protecting your progress, managing your prescriptions through the Continuity Protocol, and keeping your clinical plan aligned as your life and your biology evolve. This is where the Energē Maintain and Energē Optimize memberships live — ongoing clinical partnership that ensures the work we did together continues to serve you.

This isn’t conventional medicine. It isn’t wellness guesswork either.

You have likely experienced both ends of this. The conventional appointment where you had twelve minutes, your labs were reviewed against a population range, and you left with either a prescription or reassurance that everything looked fine. And the wellness space — the programs, the cleanses, the supplement stacks, the coaches — where there was no shortage of recommendations and no clinical accountability behind any of them.

Neither failed you because the people involved did not care. They failed you because the structure they operated within was not built for the kind of problem you are trying to solve.

Energē Health sits in the space between — and it was built there deliberately.

The clinical rigor comes from a board-certified NP with advanced practice training and the diagnostic precision of someone who has worked in complex, high-acuity environments. The personalization comes from treating your history, your labs, and your goals as the starting point for every recommendation — not a protocol applied to your symptom category. The accountability comes from a practitioner who prescribes, monitors, adjusts, and stays engaged across the full arc of your care.

You will not leave an appointment at Energē Health with a printout and a follow-up in six months. You will leave with a clinical picture, a specific plan, and a practitioner who considers your progress her professional responsibility.

Ready to finally get some answers?

You have spent enough time being told everything looks fine. The Clarity Consult is where that ends — a thorough, unhurried clinical appointment where your labs and your history come together into a picture that actually explains how you have been feeling, and a clear recommendation for what to do about it.

You will leave with your Personal Wellness Report, a targeted supplement protocol, and the clinical context behind every recommendation. No guessing. No generic plan. No being told to come back if things get worse.

This is where the clarity begins.
