Energē Health is designed to help you understand what may be contributing to how you feel, decide what you want to do next, and choose the level of support that fits your needs.
Some patients come for answers and leave with a plan they can follow on their own. Others continue into a structured program for treatment, monitoring, and clinical guidance.
Here is what working together looks like.
Energē Introduction
A COMPLIMENTARY 15-MINUTE CONVERSATION.
The Energē Introduction gives you a chance to learn how the practice works before scheduling clinical care. During the conversation, we will discuss what prompted you to reach out, explain the Clarity Consult and program options, answer any questions you may have and determine whether Energē Health may be the right fit.
Energē Health serves women 21 and older who are located in Virginia and who have an established primary care provider. The practice works alongside primary care rather than replacing it.
This is not a medical appointment and does not include diagnosis, laboratory review, or treatment recommendations.
Clarity Consult
UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING AND WHAT TO DO NEXT.
Your in-depth clinical assessment. A full intake, the Energē Panel, practitioner-led interpretation of your results, and the Clarity Report — a written document covering what your results showed, what deserves attention now, what should be rechecked before anything is decided, and what can reasonably be left alone.
You also receive a written summary prepared for your primary care provider, so the evaluation is connected to the rest of your care.
Prescription treatment is not included in the Clarity Consult.
What Happens After Your Clarity Consult
Your results, and what you decide to do with them.
Your evaluation covers four systems — hormonal, metabolic, thyroid, and digestive. They are assessed together because they are connected, and because symptoms in one frequently originate in another.
Your Clarity Report identifies which of them is driving how you feel, and in what order they should be addressed. Sometimes that is one system, because correcting it improves another without touching it directly. Sometimes the findings call for working on two at once. Either way, the sequence follows from your results rather than from a menu.
The Clarity Consult is complete in itself.
Your results, the interpretation, and your Clarity Report are yours to keep. Some women begin making changes on their own. Others bring the report to their primary care clinician, gynecologist, dietitian, or physical therapist, and use it to make those conversations more specific.
You also receive a written summary prepared for your primary care provider, so your evaluation is connected to the rest of your care.
There is no requirement to continue, and no follow-up sequence if you choose not to.
If you want help putting it into action.
Some women want someone reading the results alongside them as they go. Structured care plans for that work open in November 2026.
Each runs a defined length, includes clinical management appropriate to your findings, and ends with repeat testing, a written summary, and a letter to your primary care provider. Your Clarity Consult will include a specific recommendation either way, and you will have first access when enrollment opens.
