The Clarity Consult is a comprehensive clinical assessment that brings your health history, symptoms, and laboratory results together. Symptoms and laboratory values are considered together, because most of these markers mean something different depending on what sits beside them. You leave with practitioner-led interpretation of your results and a Clarity Report: what deserves attention, where to begin, and what can reasonably be left alone.

Comprehensive Health Intake
A detailed intake covering your symptoms, medical history, current concerns, lifestyle, and health goals.

The Energē Panel
A full panel covering thyroid function and conversion, insulin and glucose regulation, iron status and inflammation, sex hormones, cardiometabolic markers, and nutrient status.
Approximately $300 of your fee covers the laboratory cost. There is no separate bill.
Practitioner-Led Interpretation
Your results are read in the context of your symptoms and history. Markers are interpreted together, because most of them mean something different depending on what sits beside them.

Clarity Report
A written document you keep. What your results showed, what deserves attention now, what should be rechecked before anything is decided, and what can reasonably be left alone — with the reasoning behind that order.

Clinician Letter
A one-page clinical summary of your findings, prepared for your primary care clinician or gynecologist. Your evaluation does not sit in isolation — it goes back to the people who manage the rest of your care.

After your Energē Introduction, if you decide to move forward, you will receive a link to the secure patient portal to complete your invoice and begin your comprehensive health intake.
Complete Your Labs
Your laboratory panel will be ordered, and you will receive instructions for completing your testing. Results may take up to 5-7 business days.
Complete Your Clarity Consult
Once your results are in, you will receive a link to schedule your visit. Your intake and laboratory results are reviewed and interpreted before you arrive, so the appointment is spent walking through what your findings mean and what to do next.
HOW THE FINDINGS ARE INTERPRETED
The following is an illustrative example, written to show how findings are read together and sequenced. It is not a patient, and it does not describe anyone. The clinical pattern it describes is well documented and commonly encountered.
A woman in her early forties comes in tired. Not dramatically — she gets through her days. But the afternoons have become something she plans around, and she has stopped scheduling anything demanding after two o'clock. Her weight has moved about twelve pounds over two years without a change she can point to. She has had bloodwork twice in that period and been told both times that everything looked fine.
Both of those times, the testing was reasonable and the interpretation was correct. What was measured did look fine.
Her panel asks the questions the earlier testing had not. Her thyroid was producing hormone adequately, which the earlier results had shown. What they had not looked at was whether her body converts it into the active form her cells use — that is free T3, and hers sat near the bottom of the range. Her fasting glucose was normal, as before, but her fasting insulin was elevated, meaning her body was working noticeably harder to hold that glucose steady. Insulin begins to change years before glucose does. Her ferritin, which measures stored iron, was low despite an entirely normal blood count, because iron stores fall well before the number that defines anemia does.
Three findings. Individually, none of them dramatic. On three separate pages, each would be a minor note.
Together, they form one loop. Low iron impairs thyroid conversion. Poor conversion slows metabolic rate, which makes glucose harder to manage. And the fatigue from all three is why the walk after dinner stopped happening, which feeds back into the insulin. One loop, with an entry point.
So the Clarity Report she leaves with is a sequence. Iron is addressed first, because correcting it may resolve part of the conversion picture on its own. Whether her thyroid needs treatment now is a separate question and depends on how low the numbers actually are — if it does, it starts now and gets reassessed at three months, once the iron has had time to move. The insulin work begins immediately, because it is slow and independent of the other two.
That ordering is the substance of the appointment. Anyone can list abnormal results. Knowing which one to move first, which to watch, and which will resolve on its own is the part that takes sixty minutes and a complete picture to work out.

The Clarity Consult is a complete evaluation. Your results, the interpretation, and your Clarity Report are yours to keep and to use however you decide.
Some women begin making changes on their own. Others bring the report to their primary care clinician, gynecologist, dietitian, or physical therapist, and use it to make those conversations more specific. Your written summary goes to your primary care provider either way.
There is no requirement to continue, and no follow-up sequence if you choose not to.
That is deliberate. Energē Health is a specialty practice, built to work alongside your primary care provider rather than to replace them. Your primary care provider holds your whole picture. I go deep on one part of it.
The Clarity Consult does not include prescription treatment or ongoing clinical care. Energē Health does not provide primary care, urgent or emergency care, contraception, fertility or prenatal care, or routine gynecologic screening.
Care is available to women 21 and older who are located in Virginia and who have an established primary care provider.
