Complete Your Health History
Once your introductory form is received you are sent access to your comprehensive New Patient Health History in your private client portal. ShaNeé reviews every intake personally — the detail you provide shapes the clinical preparation she brings to your appointment. There are no right or wrong answers. Everything you share is relevant.
You Book Your Clarity Consult
You receive your booking link and schedule your appointment at a time that works for you. You arrive knowing the clinical preparation is complete. ShaNeé arrives knowing your full picture. The appointment can begin where it should — with answers, not paperwork.
Complete Your Labs
Your lab requisition is sent to your portal with clear instructions for completing your blood draw at a Quest Diagnostics location near you. Labs are included in the cost of your Clarity Consult — there is no separate lab bill. Most results are returned within 5-7 business days.
The Appointment
A focused, telehealth visit where ShaNeé walks you through your findings in plain language — what the patterns show, what is driving your symptoms, and what the clinical path forward looks like. Your Personal Wellness Report is presented in real time, your supplement protocol is reviewed with direct Fullscript links, and if a program is the right next step you receive a specific recommendation.
Practitioner-Led Interpretation
Once your labs are received ShaNeé reviews them alongside your full intake — identifying patterns, connecting findings to symptoms, and preparing the clinical narrative that forms the basis of your Personal Wellness Report. When her review is complete your booking link is activated and you receive an email with everything you need to schedule.
You Leave With Clarity
Your Personal Wellness Report, your supplement protocol, and your clinical roadmap are in your portal before the day is over. If you choose to continue into a program your care plan is built and published within 24 hours. If you choose the standalone path your foundational plan is yours to implement immediately — everything you need is in writing.
