If it is, ShaNeé handles the clinical preparation from there — intake forms, lab requisition, and a full review of your results. By the time you arrive at your Clarity Consult, the clinical work is already done. The appointment is where it all comes together.

Then ShaNeé will tell you — honestly, and at no cost. The Energē Introduction is free for exactly this reason: it lets both of you decide whether this is the right place for your care before any money or commitment is involved.
A few things can make Energē Health the wrong fit. Care is telehealth-only and available to patients physically located in Virginia. The practice is cash-pay and does not bill insurance. And ShaNeé's clinical focus is specific — perimenopause and hormones, metabolic health, thyroid, and gut health — so a concern outside that scope, or one that needs in-person or urgent care, may be better served elsewhere.
If that's the case, you won't simply be turned away. ShaNeé will point you toward care that fits your situation, with a referral or direction where she can offer one. You'll leave the conversation with more clarity than you came in with — even if the next step isn't with us.

ShaNeé reviews your full health history and your lab results before your appointment — which means by the time you connect, the clinical picture is already assembled and the appointment is a guided conversation rather than a starting-from-scratch intake. That preparation is what makes this different from every other appointment you have had.

After your introductory form, you'll book your Energē Introduction — usually within a few days. If it's a mutual fit, most patients move from that call to their Clarity Consult within 2–3 weeks: your intake form is completed at your own pace, labs are typically returned 5-7 business days after your blood draw, and booking opens once ShaNeé has reviewed your results.

The Clarity Consult is a 60-minute telehealth visit built on comprehensive lab work, which is included in the fee. ShaNeé walks you through your complete results, identifies the patterns behind your symptoms, and builds your plan — delivered as a Personal Wellness Report with a supplement protocol and clear clinical recommendations. It's a complete service on its own, with no obligation to continue.

No. Your introductory form, your Energē Introduction, and your intake all move the process forward — but none of them commit you to anything beyond the Clarity Consult. Whether a program follows is a decision you make afterward, with no pressure.

Yes. ShaNeé is a board-certified nurse practitioner and prescribes when it's clinically appropriate — including hormone therapy, thyroid medication, and GLP-1 and other metabolic medications. Prescriptions are part of the Enhanced and Concierge program tiers, and any medication is recommended based on your labs and clinical picture, never by default.

All services are cash-pay — Energē Health does not bill insurance. The Clarity Consult, which includes your lab panel, is $597. Program investment is discussed at the close of your Clarity Consult.

Energē Health is currently licensed to practice in Virginia. All appointments are conducted via telehealth and are available to patients physically located in Virginia at the time of their appointment.

Yes. A comprehensive lab panel is part of every Clarity Consult — included in the fee and run through Quest Diagnostics. Working from one complete, current panel is what lets ShaNeé see your full clinical picture and how your results relate to one another.
If you have recent bloodwork from another provider, it still matters — note it on your intake form and upload the results to your portal. ShaNeé will use it for comparison, to see how your numbers have changed over time. Previous labs add context; they don't replace the new panel.
